Default PC Movement Controls

Roblox standard WASD layout moves your character. W and S walk forward and backward; A and D strafe left and right. Hold W to continuously shrink — there is no separate shrink button because movement is the core mechanic.

Spacebar jumps over small hub obstacles. Jump sparingly in shrink zones; horizontal distance per step matters more than vertical hops. Shift toggles sprint on some Roblox experiences; in +1 Shrink per Step, sprint behavior follows Roblox global settings unless the developer binds a custom key.

Mouse movement rotates the camera. Right-click drag or edge-scroll depending on your Roblox camera mode. Third-person camera is default; first-person can help judge tight shrink gaps under doors.

Camera and Navigation Tips

Enable Shift Lock from the Roblox menu (Esc → Settings → Shift Lock Switch) for straighter forward walking on treadmill tables. Shift Lock keeps your avatar facing the camera direction — useful for AFK lines where drifting off the platform cancels AutoFarm.

When doors look unreachable, lower the camera to ground level. Shrink gaps hide under props; a low angle reveals crawl spaces the default camera misses. Pair this technique with the world map overview so you recognize landmarks from any angle.

Menus, Shops, and AutoFarm on PC

Click UI buttons for Shrink Cube shop, trail equip screen, and lucky wheel. Keyboard cannot navigate shop tabs — mouse clicks purchase upgrades. After buying cubes, walk immediately; there is no inventory animation delay.

AutoFarm toggles through an in-world kiosk or on-screen button depending on update version. Stand on a treadmill table first, then enable AutoFarm so your character walks in place. Rebirth requires interacting with the shrine NPC and confirming the reset dialog. There is no undo. Use the Rebirth Calculator before clicking confirm. Post-Rebirth, re-equip trails and rebuy cubes from muscle memory — hotkey muscle memory saves minutes across dozens of Rebirths.

Recommended PC Settings for +1 Shrink per Step

Graphics: set Roblox quality to a level that maintains 60 FPS in crowded hub servers. Frame drops during shrink loops cost steps — and steps are shrink.

Reduce camera shake and motion blur if your client adds them through third-party mods; vanilla Roblox keeps these minimal. Disable unnecessary chat windows during long AFK sessions to prevent accidental focus loss.

Ultrawide monitors show more of the map horizon — helpful for spotting Cheese World signage early. Standard 16:9 works fine; ultrawide is convenience, not requirement.
