Acceptance and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site. If you are under the age required in your region, you may use the Site only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes become effective when posted unless stated otherwise. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nature of the service

The Site publishes guides, tier lists, tools, and community-oriented references about +1 Shrink per Step. Content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate despite good-faith efforts to maintain accuracy after game updates.

The Site does not provide executables, Roblox account services, or guaranteed outcomes in the game. Calculators and recommendations are illustrative. In-game mechanics and official policies of Roblox and game developers are authoritative.

Trademarks, game assets, and names referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners. Use on the Site is nominative fair use to identify the game being discussed.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access to systems, scraping in ways that degrade service, injecting malware, harassing operators or other users through linked channels, or using the Site to distribute spam or unlawful content.

You may link to public pages on the Site with attribution. Framing, mirroring, or republishing substantial portions without permission is prohibited except where allowed by applicable law.

If the Site offers forms or feedback mechanisms, you must submit accurate information and not impersonate others.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that content reflects the current state of the game after patches.

References to third-party scripts or tools are informational. We do not control third-party software and disclaim liability for harm arising from its use, including account moderation on Roblox.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE OPERATORS AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us directly for use of the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any, or (b) fifty United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operators, contributors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the operator’s principal jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
